Balaji Investments Pvt. Ltd. is a joint venture of three well recognized groups. CE Construction, Shiva Corporate, and Landmark Developers are the partners in bringing up “Panipokhari Heights” . With CE construction known for its quality and timely delivery of projects, Shiva Corporate a diversified group engaged in various businesses across different sectors and Landmark Developers for their  visionary investments across various sectors, the foundation of the project is very strong.

Shiva Corporate:-

—Shiva Corporate is a diversified group engaged in various businesses across different sectors. With the corporate vision "We intend being highly professional organization while maintaining the utmost standards. They distinguish themselves by being most responsive and, having growing and diverse business portfolio with high dedication to social and environmental responsibilities.
 
—The group has diversified its operations over the last decade and currently active in – Gold & Jwellery, Real-Estate development, precious metal distribution, manufacturing.  The day to day work and the business practices are governed by the group's core values – Integrity, Accountability, Customer focused, Timeliness and Develop people.
 

Landmark Developers:-

Landmark Developers is another name involved in the area of real estate development.

—A newly established company, they have been managing and developing few housing projects in the outskirts of Kathmandu.
—They currently have housing projects on-going at Sanepaand Bansbhari

 

Balaji  Investments offers High end residential colony with no commercial activity on site.The Project is built over land area of over 21 ropani consisting of around 50 units of luxury homes.The house and the floor plans are custom designed to meet the specific requirements of the clients.The price range of the houses varies in accordance to the land area and the size of the house.The construction of "Panipokhari Heights" was started in October 2013.
